How to play.

Enter names
Write 2 to 40 names, one per line or separated by commas. You can paste a list copied from a spreadsheet or chat app as is.

Choose a method
Team Splitter divides everyone evenly into 2 to 10 teams. Draw picks as many people as you choose and shows the order they were drawn.

Share the result
Copy link shows others the exact same result. Press Shuffle again for a new one.
Frequently asked questions
Are teams split evenly?
Yes. Names are shuffled and then dealt to teams one at a time, so team sizes differ by at most one. Ten people in three teams become 4, 3, and 3.
Does opening a share link change the result?
No. The link holds the names, method, count, and draw number, so everyone who opens it sees the same result. Share the link before announcing, and it proves nothing was changed afterwards.
Does the draw order mean anything?
Drawn names are listed in the order they were drawn. Use that order for rankings from first place or for a speaking order.
Are the names I enter saved?
They are never saved on a server. Names live only in the part of the address after #, which browsers do not send to the web server. Anyone who receives the link can read the names, so share it with care.
